Terms of Use

1. The service

Omnira - Your World of Radio. (“Omnira”) is a player that lets you search, filter and listen to internet radio stations operated by third parties. Omnira is not a radio station: it does not produce or broadcast its own programming and does not host the audio streams. By using Omnira you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

Omnira is published by [EDITOR NAME] (see the Legal Notice).

2. Availability of streams and of the service

Radio streams are provided by third parties and can change, stop or become unavailable at any time, for example because of a station’s decision, a technical fault, your network connection, your country or your browser. Some stations may be unavailable in certain regions. Omnira does not guarantee that any station, stream or feature will always be available, uninterrupted or error-free.

We may update, change or discontinue parts of Omnira, including its catalog of stations, at any time.

3. Stations and their content

Stations, their programs, music, advertising, names, logos and trademarks remain the responsibility and property of their respective operators and rights holders. Omnira is not affiliated with them unless stated otherwise, and does not own or control the content they broadcast. Please refer to each station for its own terms.

Content may be unsuitable for some audiences, and you are responsible for your own listening choices and those of children you supervise.

4. Using Omnira

You may use Omnira for your personal use. Please do not:

Recording, downloading or redistributing a station’s audio may require permission from its rights holders. Omnira does not provide those rights.

5. Intellectual property

The name Omnira, its logo, its design and its source code belong to [EDITOR NAME], except for third-party components such as the open-source libraries Bootstrap and Bootstrap Icons (MIT License). These Terms do not give you any right in them other than to use the app as described here. Station names, logos and streams belong to their owners.

Omnira contains links to websites and services that it does not operate, such as the websites of stations. We are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices; their own terms and policies apply.

7. Responsibility

Omnira is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not give warranties about the availability, quality or legality of third-party streams and content, and we are not liable for damage resulting from their use or from their interruption.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law, nor the mandatory rights you may have as a consumer under the law of your country of residence.

8. Privacy

How Omnira handles information is described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Reporting a problem or a content concern

To report a technical problem, or a station whose content or listing you believe is unlawful or infringes your rights, write to [CONTACT EMAIL]. Please include the station name and a description of the issue.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms, for example when Omnira changes. The new version will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Continuing to use Omnira after an update means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by French law, subject to the mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence. [CONFIRM GOVERNING LAW AND COMPETENT COURTS]
